Decent products, slow support
I got a few items from their gothic makeup sets. The products themselves, like the liquid lipsticks, are pretty good for the price. The colors are intense and they last well. My order took 9 days to get to me in California, which is acceptable. However, I had a question about one of the ingredients and it took customer service three days to get back to me. A bit slow there, but overall I'm happy with the makeup.
